| Take the path between the Kinloch hotel and the sea and follow that round the bay southwards. Keep to the shore and in one kilometre watch for the Preaching Cave. Follow the rough path southwards with the odd splash of yellow paint to reassure you. Care must be taken on the boulder field: as it is slippery and strenuous, an ankle can easily be turned. Eventually the bracken and rocks give way to fenced fields. Keep close to the sea side of the fences and eventually you see Corriecravie up the hill on your left. If in doubt, keep to the main road after the Kinloch Hotel. There are fine views from the road to Kintyre. | ![]() | |
